Primary Sports Development will in the future offer an online booking service, once the booking form has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by Primary Sports Development you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
sibling discount
A sibling discount is available to bookings by Family members when booking more than one child with the same surname online for any activity. The discount will be for each sibling after the first is booked on.
child protection
Primary Sports Development staff hold current child protection and DBS certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse we will act in accordance with our child protection policy, a copy of which is available on request to Primary Sports Development.
film/photography
Primary Sports Development may from time to time take photographs/film of any of Primary Sports Development activity, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising Primary Sports Development activities through our literature, website and social media.
Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make Primary Sports Development aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the Activity starts (where possible PSD will inform parents/guardians at the start of an Activity).

personal property
Primary Sports Development cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a Primary Sports Development activity. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to any venue by your children.
health and safety
A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. Primary Sports Development staff hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are providing consent for Primary Sports Development staff to administer any and all necessary first aid to your child as required at any time.
For safety reasons it is compulsory for all attendees to wear shin pads on a Primary Sports Development activity which involves football, hockey or another contact sport. Primary Sports Development reserves the right to refuse permission to participate for any child not wearing shin protection.
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the Activity being undertaken and weather conditions.

Any medical conditions that any participant may have must be fully disclosed at the time of booking in writing to Primary Sports Development at registration and to the lead coach on the activity or at the venue.

programme changes
In the event that Primary Sports Development has to cancel an activity for any reason, a credit note for the full value of the booking fee paid will be issued to the person who booked or alternative provisions to stage the activity at another time will be arranged and confirmed to all, if you are unable to attend at the alternatively arranged time and confirm this to Primary Sports Development, Primary Sports Development will issue with a credit note to the full value of the booking fee paid.
In the event of inclement weather, all Primary Sports Development activities have suitable indoor areas to change, meet and eat lunch, and suitable indoor activities will be organised to replace the outdoor activities at the discretion of Primary Sports Development.

leaving an activity
Any child that is collected must be collected by a parent or guardian and such parent or guardian must sign the child out of the Activity with a member of Primary Sports Development staff. Any child that normally walks home unaccompanied from any activity will only be allowed to leave unaccompanied if a parent or guardian has provided written consent prior to the commencement of the Activity.

In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the senior coach at the activity. He/she will deal will the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction then please write to our customer services team admin@primarysports.org.uk within 7 days of child’s attendance on the activity.
We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Refunds will only be issued if Primary Sports Development is proven to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
