"Behaviour management is a particular strength of Andy’s and it is very rare that he is not able to manage and actively engage the children on his own within the lesson. He encourages social skills and children teaching other children, and will always make sure the children fully understand the task and what is expected of them. Questions are encouraged, with no question being regarded as irrelevant as he wants the children to love sports, which hopefully will make them want to carry on sports and lead a healthy lifestyle when they leave school."
